How the 360 Express mobile application collects, uses and handles your information.

About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the 360 Express mobile application (the “Application”), provided by 360 Express (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

Information we collect and use

When you download and use the Application, we may collect information including:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • The pages you visit, the date and time of your visits, and the time you spend on those pages.
  • The time you spend using the Application.
  • Your mobile device’s operating system.

The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

We may also ask you to provide personal information, including your username and phone number. We retain and use this information as described in this policy.

We may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Third-party services and disclosure

We periodically share aggregated, anonymized data with external services to help improve the Application and our services. The Application also uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Your choices

You can stop further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it through your device settings or mobile application marketplace.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information you provide for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterwards.

To request deletion of information you have provided through the Application, email myomyocho@infinityglobals.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, solicit data from, or market to children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact myomyocho@infinityglobals.com so we can take appropriate action.

We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the information we process and maintain.
